Is it okay to let a 4 month old watch 30 minutes of cartoons a day?

Some would say no. That it rots their brains but if you need to get something done like shower, eat, clean shit up and your baby will for real sit and watch tv and it’s the only thing your baby can do without you, then go for it🤷‍♀️ doesn’t make you a shitty mom to let your baby watch cartoons for 30 minutes to save your sanity or something. 
If you were just letting him watch tv all day, id say something. But obviously you must be needed to do something if it’s just 30 minutes. 
Tf now that I say this, if you want to sit and watch cartoons with your baby then do it. Being a mom seems fucking hard
