Has Anyone Taken Clomid?

We have been trying to conceive for two years, this past year I have had two miscarriages. The fertility doctor is now suggesting Clomid. Does anyone have any success using this medication. I really need some success stories. Conceiving has come a bit heartbreaking.

We had been ttc for nearly 3 years with 1 mc..  took Clomid for 3 months no luck.. took a few months rest and then went back on it again.. 3rd round I was 2 days late for af, tested and bfp! I am currently 15w1d!

I am on my 3rd dose of clomid.  No luck ttc. I am also taking provera to help me get my period. My dr told me he could only prescribe 5 doses of clomid before  he suggest invitro

All my baby's have been clomid baby's, this pregnancy took 6 cycles off 50mg i have no periods and pcso and one tube, go for it. Just time ovulation correctly have sex from 8 days since the last clomid pill ever other day xx

I don’t ovulate due to PCOS, so tried clomid for three months. Didnt ovulate until increased to 150 dose and got pregnant! Nine weeks now, so still praying this one will stick (two previous pregnancies years ago ended in miscarriages, so its just a waiting game still)

I suggested Letrozole instead. It has a slightly better success rate. Plus Clomid is known to dry up all your cm and thus making it harder for the sperm to get where it needs to go. I took 50mg of clomid for 5 cycles unsuccessfully, only ovulated 3 out of the 5, and definitely noticed it dried me up. I skipped a cycle after that and then did two cycles with 2.5 letrozole... again unsuccessful but I definitely noticed less dryness. After the two cycles I had an appointment with an infertility specialist and have since been told I have one blocked tube and a probable low ovarian reserve so I'v likely got a long road ahead of me. But I absolutely think trying clomid or letrozole is a great first step if you've been trying for awhile. I wish I would've done it sooner. Whichever one you decide to go with (if you even do) I suggest taking it right before bed to avoid any side effects!

I took 9 cycles of clomid.   First cycle at low dose, I didn’t ovulate but I didn’t on the next dose up.  Side effects varied each cycle :(. On the last cycle along with iui we conceived but it was a chemical :(.
