Losing weight/Gaining very minimal weight during pregnancy???
I need help. I’m overweight and pregnant and I know how dangerous it is to gain too much. I started out uncomfortably high due to an undiagnosed thyroid disorder flare up and my own bad habits.
I’m on the medication and a very strict healthy diet but I need to lose weight or somehow not gain any weight during this pregnancy. Please give advice on what protein powders/shakes are allowed or anything helpful like that.
