Is it possible to have a miscarriage with no bleeding?

Is it possible to have a miscarriage with no symptoms or bleeding. My hcg levels went from 93.3 to 137. Which means it didn’t double. And I’m getting worried. Why is my hcg rising slow? Could I possibly miscarry again? I’m not having any symptoms. I took another blood test today and I should get the results tomorrow. I’m so anxious and worried. I hope it’s good. And I hope my hcg atleast doubled. I don’t know 😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏 please god help me have a healthy pregnancy!
