Vanishing twin

Has anyone experienced vanishing twin? I woke up yesterday and had a miscarriage. I rushed to the doctor and had a ultra sound done. There was still a very healthy 6+ week baby with a heart beat of 124bpm. I, unknowingly, had twins and miscarried one that morning.

Now I’m so paranoid that I will lose the remaining one and I’m afraid to do basically anything.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and held the baby to full term?
