Over the past year my husband and I have had many many lows. Our relationship has been fine, but everything outside of our marriage has caused a lot of strain. We lost my mom the day after Christmas, lost our baby inFebruary, and his dad’s cancer has been getting worse over the past few months. With everything changing (moving to help our families, taking on responsibilities for my brother) it’s been very hard on us and we have not taken many moments to just... be us again. We are only 23 years old and are coming up on our 3 year anniversary in 6 days. Everyone believes that these young years should be so simple, that we shouldn’t take on so much. But I am so happy that this past weekend we finally have taken time for ourselves. We went out to universal studios and had a wonderful day. We were finally able to get away from everything and focus on us. Our marriage has been doing great.. I am finally feeling our lives moving forward. 💗
