If you had a membrane sweep at 1cm did it help you go into labor or no?

Yes, was sweeped once with my first, sweeped 3 times with my second. It works for sure but you might need more than 1 swipe.

Was 3 cm dilated on a wednesday had a sweep and went into labor that Friday. Don't know if it was the sweep or because baby was ready. I was 40+1 when i went into labor.
