Ovulating?

Hello ladies, tomorrow will be 4 weeks after my d&c... I just took an ovulation test and a pregnancy test, still getting very faint lines on my pregnancy tests but it looks like I’m possibly very close to ovulating. But I was just wondering if it is possible as I am still getting faint lines on my pregnancy tests and I haven’t gotten a first period yet, I go in on Thursday for my follow up just thought I’d get opinions here, I will include pictures below, thank you so much ladies!
