Periods are all over the place!

Usually my periods are 6 weeks apart light and last 4 days, but this month I’ve come on only 2 weeks after my last period and it’s been over 10 days and I’m still bleeding, I don’t know what to do.

I’ve been off the pill now for over a year and a half and my periods bounced back normal after I went off it. I don’t know if maybe it has something to do with that I was on antibiotics for a kidney infection 2 weeks ago, but I finished them last Monday and still bleeding!

Is this some sort of hormonal imbalance? Do I need to go to the doctors?
