If it’s painful it may be an umbilical hernia. I have one and it’s only painful sometimes. My doctor said that it’s not something you want to address while you’re pregnant, but that you could get it repaired after the baby is born. You could ask your doctor at your next appt.

I have an umbilical hernia. My belly button sticks out far more than that when I get further along. It also feels extremely painful, like its tearing larger. Talk with your doctor but it looks like a 'normal' prego button to me.
