Question... help me out ladies!

My husband recently told me that his son with his ex was 10lbs. I had a girl at work tell me that there is no way I could have a 10lb baby that I would have to have a c-section. Have any of you ladies been 120 lbs and had a 10lb baby vaginally??? I know that dont mean this baby will be that weight just trying to prepare myself for the worse. Lol. My daughter was 7lbs 14.2oz... help me out ladies! Pics of before and now (18 weeks)
