Ladies as I go into 34 weeks I’m finding it so important to remind myself the reason behind the uncomfortableness and pain I’m enduring in this last stretch! What are some ways you are encouraging yourself or talking yourself down when you get anxious/stressed?
Baby boy has been lodged in my ribs all day and I’ve been battling nausea but I just remind myself i will miss this and my body is doing what it needs to to grow a healthy baby, but it can be mentally exhausting some days.
