Daycare etiquette?

Is it appropriate to say something to my daycare. 
My son, 6 months in a couple days, has been sleeping 3.5 hour + 1.5 hour naps at daycare for the past few days. Which has led him to being awake literally all night. Last night I got zero hours of sleep. His same sleep schedule happened again at daycare today so I’m assuming tonight is going to be another sleepless night. 
Is it okay if I ask/ or tell them to not let him sleep that long during naps? On the weekends he sleep 45 min - 1 hour naps and is perfect at night. 
Also. He’s been in day care for 1 month now and I’ve noticed that his head is getting a flat spot.  They never do tummy time. They’ve only done it once the entire month he’s been there. Is that normal? Should they be doing more tummy time with him? He’s either in a bumbo or in a swing or sleeping in his crib.

Honestly at 6 months old, you would want a longer nap. 30 minutes/45 minutes isn’t long enough for the brain to reach a REM cycle. Maybe not nearly 4 hours but 2 hrs is probably good per nap. 6 months can also be a time of sleep regression. 
Keep in mind more than sleeping too much can keep baby awake. Are they being Overstimulated before bed? Are they developing separation anxiety? Are they actually over tired and now can’t fall asleep?

He should be doing tummy time daily. If you’re receiving his schedule just bring it to them and look it over with them, let them know that you’d like some tummy time before naps and then for them to wake him up after a nap goes over a certain period of time. I wouldn’t say to limit him to only 45 minutes, because daycare is a more hectic day than at home. He may also self regulate in a while.

I would mention your concerns - they are valid concerns.
We had issues with naps going too long, but they just kept doing what they were doing.  Our kids were older though and I think the shorter naps that would have helped us would have been a big distraction for the other kids.

My daycare does a required tummy time twice a day with a 5 minute cry if they hate it (although they really let them cry for like a minute because who can let a little one cry like that) So that's not cool that they don't do it. And yes tell them the naps are too long.

Regarding naps as a daycare teacher/my son starting in the infant room soon at our daycare any child under one can’t be woken up per licensing regulations. Not even if they are due to eat. The teacher must wait until the child wakes up on their own. Idk if it’s like this at all daycares but the ones here it is. 
But yes I’d definitely speak up about the tummy time!

I would say something about both things, he especially the tummy time! Bumbos aren’t good for baby’s hips.

You're paying them to care for your kid so yes you need to say something, anytime my daycare teachers dont do what I ask, I always speak up, otherwise what am I paying them for?

You could mention it but it might be their policy not to. My daycare told me when we started that they won’t wake babies up from their naps unless they pooped; otherwise changing and feeding gets some when they wake up on their own.
