So about 3 days ago I had a surgical abortion. The procedure was almost painless and I barely had any bleeding right after nor have I had any bleeding at all since that day. (just spotting but not enough to even fill a pantry liner) I had cramping( very light, manageable pain ) after the procedure for about 4-5 hours but that’s about it . Well it’s day 3 now and now the cramps are intense and have been nonstop for 12+ hours now , but still no bleeding at all . Is this normal ? Should I be bleeding and should I just now be cramping 3 days later this badly ?
