Weird Period Cycle

So I regularly have my period every other month but the month that I was suppose to skip I got my period. Before having the period I had bad cramps and pain in my vagina. The first few days of my period it was just patches of blood then progressively I started to have discharge of the unusually large number of clumps. I researched my symptoms but google said it would be fine. I’m just writing this to see if anybody else had similar experiences as me.
