Genital herpes?

Sooooo I’m 16 years old and I think I have genital herpes. I’ve been itching down there for a while so I decided to take a mirror and see what is going on. When I looked I saw little bumps all over the inner parts of my butt checks and around my labia. I don’t want to go to the doctor about it because I know they are going to have to tell my mom and my mom is going to tell everybody in our family. What should I do?

You have to go to the doctor. Part of being sexually active means you're mature enough to take care of your sexual health. GET CHECKED OUT AND TESTED ASAP.

Just echoing fellow commenters here, but ..
The doctor can’t tell your mom about your health issues, especially not if you request that they don’t do so. You can find a low cost clinic as well if you feel more comfortable doing that, or even a free clinic or your city’s health center likely all do std screening for a very low fee (or possibly free). 
Herpes are typically painful. A girlfriend of mine got them around your age, and was only diagnosed because she was in so much pain and her mom took her to the ER because she was literally in TEARS. They had also spread down her thighs by that point. 
Also, be prepared to spend time and a bit of money at the doctor if you plan to be sexually active 😊 it’s a necessary part of sex - just like brushing your teeth is a necessary part of having teeth.

You need to go see a doctor to confirm, for one, and for treatment. Your doctor has a confidentiality agreement and can’t tell your parents unless you’re going to hurt yourself or somebody else. Make sure that your doctor knows that you don’t want your mother to be informed

When I shave in all those areas, I get really bad rzor bumps. Especially my butthole area and the bottom part of my vag. It could be that, BUTTTT please go to a doctor. STDs are deadly if untreated. You need to just buck up and tel your parents because you will regret it if you don’t. I’m sorry you’re going through this :(

You might have HPV, aka genital warts. Everyone has the HPV virus in their bodies but only few show symptoms (the warts) go to your doctors or sexual health clinic and get it checked out. You’ll either get a wee cream to put on them or get them frozen off and you’re done. Your body will naturally fight off the virus but still make sure you use a condom next time. If your immune system is down then you might get a flare up aka if you’re poorly or pregnant. You have nothing to worry about though, don’t stress and don’t put yourself down about it. As hard as it may be. I think you should go to the doctor. Talk to your mom about sharing your business with the family. If it happens to be herpes, it's better to get everything checked out and have it managed by healthcare professionals. 
But think positive , it might not be herpes at all.  But seeing a doc is the best bet.

If you shave that area, I really think it could just be razor bumps. If you feel like you need to see a doctor, don’t forget there’s affordable/free clinics you can go to without parental consent. Have a friend take you if you can’t drive.

Could also be irritation bumps from itching. Could be a simple yeast infection. Just check with dr
