Restless legs when pregnant

Hey lady's,

I'm 26 weeks and 1 day pregnant and omg 😭 my legs are so restless to the point I can't sleep I'm trying so hard to fall to sleep but my leg won't stop pissing me off. Who is filling my pain and what helps please.
