I need to change my eating habits! Help!
Some days I can go hours without eating and some days I can’t stop eating!!! I need to stop using the excuse I’m pregnant to eat what I want! I make good choices a lot of the time but sometimes I just go right for the chips and cheese itz and snacks I don’t need. Or make a dinner or go out for dinner and choose something not ideal! 🙄🙄I bought a huge thing of apples already sliced and forgot to bring them to work! 😭 I choose donuts and bagels for breakfast when I should choose oatmeal or a decent cereal. I’m a picky salad eater and really need to be in the mood for salad to eat it. I’m a fairly picky eater to begin with!!!
What are some of you mommas eating for breakfast lunch dinner or snacks? Give me some better options to choose! I’m the worst!
