Is it gas pains in my 9 week old??

Why does my baby wake up during the day from gas pains but can sleep 6 hrs at night? I'm just confused because she will be passed out in my arms for 15 min and wake up crying. Once I do the kicks and get a fart out she's better for a little bit and then cries more so I give her a bottle and she seems content but barely drinks even half an ounce and falls right back asleep. I last fed her 4 oz. not even 2 hrs ago. She normally goes close to 4hrs every bottle. Is she just drinking a little for comfort and to relax her body because she did fart while she was drinking. She's been on Similac pro advance for 3 weeks and I just started adding gas drops, gripe water, and Gerber soothe to her bottles for the past two days.. I've given her all 3 throughout her life but I'm now trying to be more proactive with the gas drops and gripe water
