Miscarriage confusion 🥴

I miscarried 5 weeks ago. I have not got my first period back yet. I received very very faint positive hpt over the weekend. Had some fertile cm glob yesterday had a negative frer this morning AND then a blazing positive opk this evening.... what in the actual F is going on. 😐
