What is happening? Help!!

Took this, this morning. AF is a day late ive been crazy nauseous and tired for a few days and super light, light brown spotting for a few hours yesterday but just now when I went to the bathroom I had darker spotting on a panty liner and looked like period blood when I wiped. Not sure what to think, I had a really early miscarriage about 8 months ago and have been ttc ever since. Haven’t had even a faint line since the first baby. I just feel like im going crazy! Any thoughts or advice?
