Tilted uterus?

This is my abdominal sonogram I got today at 6 weeks 5 days, she said it's a little harder to see because I have a tilted uterus..has anyone else had a tilted uterus and was it hard for them to see the baby early on!?

I have a retroverted uterus as well, that's tilted backwards, and I went in for an Emergency ultrasound, and they couldn't even see the sac! My doctor told me it's totally normal.. Sometimes, they just cant see at all for a while or it's really hard to see. I'm only 5 weeks 5 days today and I had the ultrasound at 5 weeks 3 days. They did both the transvaginal and abdominal.

That's good to know I'm not the only one, I don't go back for 4 weeks so hopefully then they'll be able to see alot more.. thank you for the responses

My uterus used to be retroverted (tilted backwards), and they couldn't see a thing with an abdominal ultrasound.
This time around it has been easier but they think it has changed position.

My uterus is tipped toward the front pretty bad. When she was doing my transvaginal, she had to really press on my stomach and shove the wand clear up there. It hurt like he**!!

A tilted uterus is just a normal variant but it could make it difficult to see the gestational sac.  When you are farther along, it doesn't make a difference how your uterus is positioned
