I need some advice again ladies

I had a d&c done on feb 27th. I was 18 weeks along. I went in to check hcg on march 25th and it was down to 4. I went in because i thought i was preggo again as i was getting positives on home tests. So below is a pic i took today. I have been using opk’s and i had blaring positive later that day i had the blood draw for hcg. I think it was gods way of cheering me up :) (i was given the ok to try again right away). Any who do you think this could possibly still be left over or you think its new? I will test again to see if it darkens but just thought id ask! I know its really early to test yet id only really be like 8dpo so thats whats making me think its left over still :(
