Prepared for the worse

So last week was my first us at what I thought was 7.4 weeks but I was measuring 5.6 today 6 days later I measured at 6.2 weeks and my sac didn’t grow as much. The doctor told me things don’t look good. But heart rate was 129. Anyone have anything like this? And it be ok? Or am I doomed? I’m praying and just hoping. We’ve been trying over three years and a miscarriage in December. Thank you girls I’m sorry if this Isint the right group please let me know
