Not sure whether to cry or be angry

I paid $80 for the sneak peek test so that I am able to do my reveal before May. It took me three months to save up for the test (three other kids and all) only for my sample to end up being broken by the time it got to the center (it took three days). They said they are sending me another one at no cost, but this will put me two weeks behind and my reveal was scheduled for my birthday (which is not too far away). I almost want to ask for a refund and go elsewhere.
