Tmi post......spotting help!

So I got. Faint positive on 4/1 a bit darker on Tuesday Wednesday faint again but more noticeable.... then today this.....chemical pregnancy, miscarriage or pregnancy spotting. Having a blood test tommorrow. 🤞🏻 bleeding hasn’t turned heavy and small cramping.
