Braxton Hicks? Feels like period cramps? Charlie horse??

34 weeks today. So a few weeks ago a couple times I got a Charlie horse type feeling in my belly, kinda near the top where my hand is and it had a tight/pulling feeling (I assumed it was a Braxton Hicks) but over the past week or so, I’ve been having what feels like period cramps, and I have multiple in a day? Are these Braxton Hicks?? Not sure what the cramps are and not sure about the Charlie horse feeling was. This is my first baby, does anyone have a better understanding what both these are? I’m not sure what is what now
