Pregnant again

I gave birth via cesarean on 1/10/19, waited until my son was 6weeks to have sex again because I was so scared of getting pregnant again too soon. Well went to Dr for my 8week (3/5/19) checkup & got my birth control pills & was suppose to start them the Sunday after my cycle ended which would’ve been 3/17/19. Needless to say i never got my March cycle so i begun taking pregnancy test 2weeks after my cycle was suppose to start up until i seen Dr again on 4/1/19 all was negative (at least i thought). Took test at dr 4/1/19 Positive didn’t believe it so had blood drawn positive. Can’t believe I’m pregnant again (7weeks) if the base it off my last cycle but they’re trying to see if my levels are increasing as they should before determining how many weeks i am. 2nd Blood test this morning 4/4/19 & another one Monday 4/8/19. I’m nervous & scared as heck but counting it as a blessing, the Lord blessed me with my miracle baby at 35 so now he’s blessed me with another miracle. 2 babies born in same year!!!
