My poor baby 😓 TMI poop picture

I’m waiting for the pediatrician to respond, but I thought I could come here for some answers as well.

My son is almost 6 months, we have started him on purees, his poops are normally thicker now (as they should be)

Well last night he had a temperature, we’ve given tylenol but he just seems miserable. He didn’t sleep all night. Then this morning I was napping with him and he started to grunt like he does when he poops and this is what it looked like

Would this be considered diarrhea?? He is teething really bad and I’m wondering if that’s the reason for his temp/fussiness/diarrhea.

Yesterday he wanted nothing to do with purees and only wanted to nurse.
