Lightening crotch?

34 weeks will be 35 Saturday and I’ve been feeling sharp pains in my crotch area for weeks now but it seems to be getting more intense and it’s on a daily basis, multiple times an hour now. The doctor said it’s normal at this point and that it’s called lightening crotch but boy is it painful😭😭

Literally just started getting this today at 33w 5d. I had it with my last Starting around 34w, so right on cue! It would literally feel like an electric shock in my groin that would bring me to my knees! I’m on my feel less with this pregnancy so hoping that helps. Hang in there!

Ugh yes. I try to explain this one to my husband but he doesn’t get it. I say to him “imagine that throughout the day someone just keeps flicking the tip of your penis super hard.” That what it feels like! The most sensitive part of my lady area has random zaps! So weird!!

Yep! Worse this pregnancy than my first! Def more prominent and intense! Hard to explain to people too when you making a “ug SH*T!” Face bc it’s coming on and they are like “are you okay???!”.... WELL,🤔😬

Yep. Had them towards the very end my first two pregnancies. Almost 34 weeks with #3 & haven’t had it yet but the pelvic pressure is really getting to me, so I’m only assuming the lightening pains are near 😩
