Sharp pains !

I'm 19 weeks 5 days and I've been having these very uncomfortable sharp pains in my belly button also with a pulling sensation . I have the sharp stabbing pain in my lower abdominal and sometimes it travels down to my lady part. Just curious if this is normal . any help ?
