HCG levels low and not doubling

I got a positive urine test on Monday and called my OB to do blood work to check my progesterone and HCG level (due to chemical last cycle). Result was HCG: 18 and progesterone: 18.

Over the next few days my lines DID get darker...

Repeated HCG on Wednesday and the level only came up to 24 😓

They are having me repeat HCG next Wednesday to see where my levels are at that time, but the tone in her voice made me not too confident that things are going to turn out well 😭 She said my progesterone of 18 was good, so there was still hope...

I’m getting so frustrated, because I let myself get my hopes up a bit with the lines getting darker. The DPO are guesstimates, and I didn’t have a period following my miscarriage before getting pregnant this cycle, so I don’t know for sure when my LMP was 😑
