But my pregnancy tests keep coming up negative.

Hey there, I went to the bathroom today and when I wiped there was some pink red spots on the toilet paper. I took a pregnancy test but it said it was negative. I’m 20 days overdue for my period. The pregnancy test I took today I dipped it in the toilet water which most likely diluted it. When should I test again? Might I add that I’ve been diagnosed with amenorrhea but January and February were regular. So confusing..
