Pregnancy opinions please!!!!

Me and my husband just started trying to have baby #1. This month I started getting some spotting a little over a week from my next period and I have little cramps but I took a pregnancy test and said negative. I took it 6 days b4 my period. Should I wait and take another one or is it probably right?????
