35 weeks 3 days

Hello. To start off I do not need nor want any negativity because I will get very rude. I am 35 weeks 3 days and currently on my 2nd night in L&D. I’ve had some complications that brought me here and am here until further notice. I am 3 cm dilated and 60 percent effaced, however, they won’t give anything to speed labor due to not wanting to interfere with a complication until they find out the root of the problem. I’m trying to see what could I do to speed up my own labor at 3 cm here. Yes I’ve gotten the ok to do my own thing but they don’t want any meds until they get the problem figured out. Positive Advice and past experiences welcomed.
