Should I be concerned?

Amanda • Mommy to a beautiful baby girl born on 2/15/19 💕 Baby boy born 5/21/20 💙💙

My baby will be 7 weeks tomorrow (😭) and has had some issues recently. We’ve just assumed it’s gas bubbles in her tummy, but I’m not sure now.

Soo...

1. She spits up A LOT. I know little ones do that, but I’ve never seen one this bad. Whenever she’s flat it just comes out of her!

2. She screams like she’s in pain quite a bit (it’s not colic), and when she does that, she gets this gross foam like junk coming out of her once she calms down, which she usually chokes on and sometimes quits breathing.

3. Her spit up is either very very curdled or extremely liquidy (liquid is usually more clear)

She is a strictly breastfed baby who was 3 weeks early.

Any ideas as to what’s going on? I’ve googled a lot and feel like I’ve gotten nowhere 😩 I’m just not sure if I need to be concerned

That’s the foam. I usually have to scoop it out or tip her on her belly completely to get it out. I know it’s not the best pic...it kinda reminds me of soap bubbles
