I think my LO is looking very uncomfortable. She prefers to be held on my chest rather than my arms. Her face gets very red and she appears to be “pushing” and sometimes it results in a fart and sometimes not. She is crying ALOT and hasn’t had a real bowl movement in 4 days. Is it gas? What can I do to help her? What can I do to prevent this? Suggestions for an exclusively breast feeding mom? Is it was I’m eating or how she’s feeding?
