Somebody help

I didn't know August had 5 weeks in it , I had sex on the 12th of August and again on the 29th could I be pregnant ? My last cycle was August the 7th ? The thing is saying I'm 5wks and 3 days along and I'm going for my first dr visit wensday on the 16th of September
