Bath?!? C section/ 5weeks post op.

Can I PLEASE take a bath?! I'm 5 weeks post op from a c section and everything seems to be healed up fine!!

I think they told me no bath until 6 weeks, only showers. But that was 6 years ago and I could completely be wrong.

I'd say wait until 6 weeks just to be sure. It suck if you got an infection now. It's only another week and once you do get that bath it'll feel so amazing!!

I think they say to wait until you get the all clear from your OB.

I personally have no idea but I'd imagine you would want a doctor's opinion, not a community board's thoughts... I'd ask my doctor, anyway.
