What is this?????? Help

They first looked like pimples but its been like 3 weeks or more and they keep looking worse help!

Go have it checked out.  The bigger one has the earmarks of ringworm, but in any case you shouldn't be picking or scratching since that can be a means of spreading it.  
Keep it clean and covered with a bandaid and some antifungal cream (lotramin spray works too), and wash your hands after touching it.  See a doc just to be safe!

It looks like Pityriasis rosea! I had it for about 3 months, no one knows what causes it exactly or how to make it go away it's just something that pops up...mine was diagnosed by like 4 different doctors because I just wanted them gone! Lol here is what they looked like right before they finally went away

Are you scratching them? Use some cortisone cream for it
