My cheeks has been really hot for the last 1 hr or so and they are red! AF was supposed to show today but didn't. I took my BBT this morning and it was 97.24 & took it again just now to see if I'm getting a cold and it said 98.96 degrees. My face and ears feel really hot. I'm also having HORRIBLE period cramps. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME !!!
