Help!
My 5 month old daughter hardly drinks milk during the day but drinks loads in the evening/through the night. It’s really starting to take it toll as she’s waking every 3 hours for milk. Today she went 7 hours without drinking in the day even though I’m offering it to her several times. Even when she did eventually drink I had to almost force her. It’s because she’s so distracted I think. But like I said, at night she’ll drink loads I’m guessing because it’s dark. I read it’s called reverse cycling. Does anyone have tips on how to get her to switch around so she drinks in the day and not the night?
