Sick while pregnant

Hey all! I’m 18 weeks pregnant and came down with cold or flu symptoms. I had a scratchy throat and minor cough for 2 days and then woke up today with a horrible cough, sore/scratchy throat, headache annnnd my entire face hurts. Even my teeth hurt! 😫 I haven’t had a fever, but now tonight I threw up, which I guess isn’t weird since I’ve still been throwing up from morning sickness (usually at night.) I just don’t know what to do. Should I call my doctor or go to urgent care? Or just keep resting and drinking lots of water and call in the morning if it gets worse?
