Sleeping getting worse at night? Tips?
My daughter was sleeping through the night at least a few times a week starting at 6 weeks. Then, at about 8 weeks she consistently slept from 10 p.m. - 3 or 4 a.m. (still pretty good!) for two weeks. Now she is 10.5 weeks and she has woken up each of the past two nights at 1 a.m.
Am I doing something wrong?? She goes down for a nap in the afternoon from about 1-3 p.m. She eats every 3 hours during the day. We wake her up at about 6 a.m. each morning.
She's a healthy and happy baby, just don't know why we're moving backwards with sleep!
