Infant to toddler room

I’m converting my daughters room to a toddler room, she’s 15 months and has coslept until now. We currently have her toddler bed in our room for an easier transition but it seems to be working🤞🏼 I’m just curious how you guys did your toddlers room? Toys or no toys? We have a play area in the living room but curious if we should put some toys in her room for if she wakes up before us? Also what things did you remove from the nursery to make toddler room safer?
