Thin cotton material with finished (sewn) edges.

Just large cotton squares. I found some at Walmart in the kitchen section, in a pack of 5 I think? They were quite cheap too 😊

They are very cheap/inexpensive which is the main reason people choose them, I think. For a little bit more money you can buy flat diapers which are similar but more absorbent.
