Update: My two months progress 😱

So you asked for my workout routine and my diet. Tbh I don’t really have a workout plan I just go to the gym at least once a week ( 2-3 hours) cardio and some stomach muscle machines 😁 at home I use an app for my abs which i find pretty cool. It’s called Abs workout. And I walk everyday from work to home(15 mins) I sometimes run instead.

My diet was basically what helped me the most tbh. This is my first time ever trying ketogenic diet. I used to do cardio before I start but didn’t notice any dramatic changes. But since I started this diet I was rapidly able to see changes. What I do basically is counting the carbs (grams) each meal has and keep track of my daily carbs intake. The first week I started having one cheat day where I had whatever i wanted but the other days I had only 30-40 grams per day. The next week less than 20 grams per day. I completely avoid bread and rice and potatoes and pasta as well as chocolate, cheetos, chips, cakes, cookies, or any snacks such, I have eggs very often, chicken (grilled) or chicken wings, fish, beef, and other proteins 😬 I have lots of cheese ( all kind) and tons of salad 🥗 like I basically substitute rice/pasta/bread with salad. I live in Europe and here we have protein breads with around 5g carbs, normal bread can have 50 lol. I only use these breads. When I go to restaurants I order bunless burger or chicken wings or some salads with meat lol😂 I also don’t drink juice. Basically I try to eat healthy and carbless as much as possible. To track my carbs intake I have a great app called: my fitness pal. It lets u scan ur food and calculate how much carbs, fat, etc u take, alongside with calories.

But I also got headaches make sure u take supplements and please go to a nutritionist before u make any dramatic diet changes!!!

Now about how I looked before.

I used to weight around 56 kgs ( that was when I was already working out) however I felt chubby and not confident but never really thought of changing my diet. I saw here that many girls post their before after pic and it motivated to also be one proud girl. I saw some had ketogenic diet and I was curious so I researched and gave it a try and I am really glad that I did 🥰 people notice my change when they see me and it just motivates me to continue. My goal is to weight 48 kgs ( that’s the healthy border for my height and age) and I am 51 kgs now. I lost 5 kgs it might not seem much but I definitely reduced size and that’s exactly what I wanted. The jeans in the pic are size 40 or 41 (not sure), but now my new jeans are 38😍 Some asked for my waist routine. I always had curves but chubby ones lol 🙊 but I think hula hoop kinda helped me for that. I had scoliosis before and I had to wear braces for my body 22 hours per day 😭 that helped to thiner my waist but at the same time it made my hips bigger and made me grow love handles (which i hate) 😥 tbh I don’t think I made perfect progress specially if you look at My thighs, the pants still fit so that’s still something I wanna work on.

As you can see my thighs didn’t change much :( so please let me know if you know any tips for that.
