ER Visit- 5 weeks pregnant

I went to the ER last night because I had a dull ache in my left pelvis area. While at the ER I had a transvaginal ultrasound. The ultrasound revealed that I have a likely gestational sac within the endometrium with an estimated gestational age of 5 weeks. It also says that it’s too early to evaluate crown-rump length and viability. The report also said I have a questionable yolk sac. Please help what does all of this mean ?

It means baby is wher it's supposed to be. They see the sac and maybe the yolk sac. Its just really early to see anything else or do measurements. Baby is good.
