Stroller for infant and 1.5yr old?

I am due with baby #2 in November. We have a little boy who will be 16 months when his sibling arrives. I’m not sure what stroller to get! We have the Chicco Keyfit 30 car seat currently so I’d need something that is adaptable for that. What are the best double / tandem strollers? Not looking for a sit and stand - definitely need two seats. Thanks!

We really wanted the city select double , you can use with both seats or just one which we thought was awesome but at nearly $800 ($500+ for the stroller and $200 for the extra seat) we couldn’t fathom spending 2 car payments worth. So we got a contours options elite (tandem as well) you can face the seats all different directions and it comes with a universal adapter) 
This was 3.5 years ago but they’re still the same. My kids are 16 months apart
