My son has the same thing and my Pediatrician said it’s Eczema because he has to depend on his own hormones now and not yours

Is it just the one side of his face or both? My daughter has had a similar rash that started on Thursday. I’m calling the pedi tomorrow to have her seen but if my doctor Google skills are any good I think it’s a viral rash - probably something like Fifth’s Disease. In which case you basically just wait for it to go away. I’ve been applying coconut oil 2-3x/day just to keep her face moisturized.
